ive seen the tank your looking for "Carol" it was in markham Ontario, it was sitting in a guys shop, it was still pink, and he told me it was in the movie thats why it was still pink

I enjoyed the pictures and learned alot. What i'm realy intrested in is the history of a certin sherman tank named the " carol ". I do know it was in the movie the " Pink Chiquita ", what happened to it from there i don't know. Any help would be appreciated thank you. Gord

We went as a tour groupe in SEPT and I was very dissapointed .as we never got to see hardly any vehicles .I found out just before we were to leave that there were over a hundred down stairs but there was no one available to show them to us .I have 13 army vehicles and was looking forward to seeing these .I geuss I should have done more enquiring before I went there to get someone to show them to us ..

Thanks, I plan on visiting the Aberdeen Proving Grounds soon, perhaps the Patton Museum in Kentucky the next time I go to Knox. I also have tonnes of pics from my trip to Wright Patterson, when I get a chance to scan them there going up next.
