HI, Thanks for the insight and photos into your travels. I have been to Brazil a few times and it was over 10 years ago that I traveled to Natal. I took pictures at some of the same locations you have. My quality of photo's is very poor compared to yours so if I may use yours when sharing my travel insight on Brazil that would be great.

THanks again.

You are more than welcome to use any of our photos for any purpose you like. As we are not professional photographers, we do not expect any form of compensation. We are just happy that so many people from around the world are able to enjoy and make use of our photos. You do not need to ask for permission. It would, however, be nice to hear from you and find out how our pictures are being used -- send us an email.

Wonderful sentiments. Thanks for sharing your explorations. You are a blessed couple.

Hello and thank you for the beautiful photos of Brunei. My friend and I are taking a cruise out of Singapore on the
Costa Allegra. The last place we will visit is Brunei. Always wanted to go there! Now I won't have to take any photos!
I will anyway, of course.
I was very surprised to see the housing along the shore! I thought there were just oil wells along the coast. Thanks again. I will get back to you after our trip.

My wife and I lived at the Phase III townssite (near Rawat Bhata) from 1967 till December 1969. The pictures bring back a lot of memories. It would be so nice to know where everybody landed up. I am now 73 years old and live (retired) in Edmonton, AB. Of course I remember Peter and his family. The original Canadian township teacher was Ms. Karger. You have done a marvelous job; I only wish that there more photos!

These are some of the most amazing photos I've ever seen! I am so happy that you have photos from Semenggoh Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre in Malaysia, it brings back some great memories and reminds me how cheeky Delima was (I worked there for two months last year). It's great to see her baby is well, she was pregnant (and grumpy) when I was there.
Thanks

I googeled "Rawatbhata" - for the obvious reason that I spent some years there (my father still works there) - and I saw that you had posted quite a few pictures of the Township colony (there are many more colonies now). It was so nostalgic. Looking at your comments (and name), I guess you were one of the early settlers in RBT.

I was in Rawatbhat from 1972 to 1975 when the heavy water project was under construction.
Your photographs revived old memories.when were these pictures taken, in 1968?
One thing beats me though.
How do you happen to travel to such fantabulous places in the world?
Good luck on your future endeavours and keep posting the great pictures!!!!
Thanks.

Hi,

I was pleasantly surprised to see Rawatbhata in your photos. The old ones are simply a treasure for somebody like me who was born in 1974 at Rawatbhata. I really love the place and feel a great sense of belonging to those who are associated with Rawatbhata.

I shared your photos with my father and mother and they were so excited to see the old Rawatbhata pictures, the town they got married in and started their family.

Thanks a Ton !

Dear Peter and Jackie,

Thank you so much for the awesome fotogallery of our tour in Bolivia. We hope that your website never disappears from the web, because one day we would like to download all the beautiful pictures you made. As you know: we didn't take a camera. Now we have seen your fotos we surely regret our choice for keeping the pictures in our hearts...
We are still travelling, at the moment we are in New Zealand but leaving soon for Australia. Like you did, we also went to Tongariro NP and saw YOUR NAMES in the hut-logbooks. You were there just a few days earlier!!! Our paths almost crossed a second time! Enjoy your travels. Till we meet again. Love,

Tessa & Remko

Hola guys !!

What happened to your plan to visit Mexico and post pictures of it?
I remember there once was a thumbnail announcing that, and as a Mexico aficionado I was really looking forward to that.
As an appetizer for my next trip there you could say ...
Kind regards.

Thanks for sharing your far flung travels. I spent several hours pouring over the pictures. Especially enjoyed your pictures of Bolivia. Who'd have thought they'd make furniture from salt? Use what's handy, I guess.

Thanks, too, for your generosity of spirit in offering the photos for people's enjoyment. It's so tiresome to see beatiful photographs in others' galleries with names and copyrights plastered across them.
