That is what I thought at first Rich, but someone said it was an earwig nymph.

Hi, just came across this and thought you'd like to know that this is a larval lacewing (Neuroptera) rather than an earwig nymph. The 'pincers' are actually the insect's mouthparts which they use for piercing their prey.
