Cooking Trial Test

I have been trying to test out my cooking skills once more in the kitchen. Currently I have not really cooked for a very long time. Trying to get back into the habit...tell me what you guys think.

Michael, the photographs are very inviting, they make your tastebuds jump for joy however I would like to see some vegetables in some of the pictures as I feel the additional colour would increase that digestive activity. The Photographs are great but I hope it encourages you to continue you culinary skills ongoing, Well done mate, Ron.
