This one is a short piece of English Hawthorn I found-I wish it were longer, but it makes a good cane-club. Hawthorn is hard as nails and finishes like butter. It's not rare, but it's not common in my area-you have to look for it and that's a great part of the fun. It's decorated with three pieces of genuine turquoise.
