Mugello is to MotoGP what Monaco is F1. Its the jewel in the MotoGP crown and every race fan should do it at least once. Our guests stayed in a wonderful 4 star hotel the Tuscan town of Certaldo which we took over for the race weekend. The Mugello circuit was bathed in glorious sunshine for Saturdays qualifying sessions but come Sunday the sunshine was replaced with periods of heavy rain. The racing was exciting and Valentinos 7 year winning streak came to an end as Casey Stoner gave Ducati its first ever Mugello victory. http://www.motoexpress.co.uk
