Brilliant Brno! MotoGP attendance records were once again broken, over the race weekend 245,000 fans descended on this sensational woodland circuit. MotoExpress guests were unanimous in praise for this fabulous circuit.
The huge crowd was massively noisy and they treated us too some truly great firework displays. The support for their local 125 Czech rider Lucas Pesek was something to behold. When he crossed the line in 3rd spot having battled for his podium spot, the crowd went wild in celebration.
Jorge Lorenzo lead from start to finish in the 250 race and demonstrated what a force he could well be when in moves up to the premier class next season.
In the MotoGP race, Casey Stoner showed what a special talent he is. He completely destroyed the competition. It was a master class from the 21 year old. MotoGP may well have a new king.
The MotoExpress base for the weekend was a wonderful chateaux style hotel situated in a South Moravian world heritage village. A perfect place to relax and enjoy beer at £0.50 / pint!
Got to say John and Linda know how to throw a party, Brno beer at 50p a pint is just 1 of the good things about the place, the girls well what can you say AWESOME !!!!
