The Heritage Farm Museum is Loudoun County's museum of agriculture. It preserves, promotes and brings to life Loudoun's rich agricultural heritage by collecting objects and documents that reflect one aspect of the County’s cultural identity and by exploring themes that are common to all of Loudoun’s diverse communities. The Museum supports archival and library documents dating back to 1804. Many of them represent the last remaining examples of their kind and are an invaluable physical record of the history of Loudoun County. In addition to the archives, the Museum houses over 650 objects in its collection. These objects are valuable both as physical records of Loudoun’s history and as educational tools that uniquely reflect what was once everyday life for many of Loudoun residents.
