It is good to get pictures of juniper forests, because when fire comes (not if...when), the trees explode and are gone for many decades. (I watched from across a valley as this happened in Pocatello in 1987.) Yet people persist in building their houses among them, as though clearing 30 feet around would save them.
Ironic that I'm allergic to their pollen.
