Rock overlooking the Bear River as it approaches its turnaround point to head back to Utah. It's at the historical site south of Highway 30
between Lava Hot Springs and Soda Springs at the north end of Soda Point, near the power plant at the west end of Anderson Reservoir.
The place is well worth a stop even if it's only for a nap. The historical displays are informative, and there's a bit of hiking trail, too.
