California

Born in California, living there nearly 30 years, and returning often, I have found many images there already, and expect to find many more. My siblings and I inherited the land where we grew up, now reduced to 27 acres south of St. Helena in Napa County, north of San Francisco and about midway between the coast and California's central valley. My work in Idaho allows me to visit only once each year. It is hot in August when I am there, and most of the plums and blackberries on our land have dried up by that time of year, but I do find a few of those to enjoy, and a few more images each time I go.
