Boats and ropes, Rozel

Rozel, Jersey view map

Rozel Bay is situated on the north east coast of Jersey, a picture postcard fishing harbour with a small sandy beach for sunbathing though you'll have to walk over stones to swim.

This looks like a lovely bay to spend a few days at. I like all the white washed houses and the display of boats while the tide is out.BV

Neat shot Chris. Looks odd to me to see all these boats high and dry.

I like the point of view and the boats in the backyard beach of the homes waiting for the tide to come in. It does have toy like quality. V.

An undistorted, wide view of this port at a very minus tide -- lovely colour and details that you are famous for. Superb, Chris.

This is an amazing scene, this one shows the viewer what this is really like.
My impression is the tide is low or they have a way to get the boats out to the water when they are ready to sail.
Nice light and resolution to spare.

and you'll have to walk over squelchy sand to be ready for the next high tide...vibrant scene, all the more so as the ties are to the changing sea...V

so very picturesque, looks like toys though grounded on the sand with the trail of snaking green seaweed and the charming housed over the rocky sea wall. Charming image.
