My good friend, Colin, gets his shoes a bit mucky in the cause of getting a shot of this beautiful lake. (But, then, you should have seen the state of my shoes!)

Totally worth it...no doubt about. What 's a little muck anyway! Gorgeous monochromatic sweep, sliced but not diced by a ribbon band of mossy green and decorated by a float of whipping cream that rises, as it should, to the top.
