Bob, Love your photos. I think what the previous (Guest) poster was asking was this: If you look at some of your D70 pics, the EXIF data lists the White Balance as 10. I'm guessing this equates to some D70 WB setting (like Cloudy, Flash, etc), and maybe even the + or - WB adjustment. So, I think they were, like me, impressed with your colors and want to know the D70 WB setting that equates to the WB showing up here as 10.

In any event, you r pictures are, in fact, a 10!!!!! lol

It is very pleasing to see such very nice images achieved with "normal" lenses rather than the high priced so-called "pro" lenses. You demonstrate that the image is made by the equipment behind the camera body, not the equipment in front of it. Congrats.

Thanks for the comments on my photos. As far as white balance, the D70s white balance does not have a number syetem like that where you can set it to 10 or any number like that. You can set it to auto or one of the presets like flash, daylight, cloudy,shade,incandescent, fluorescent or you can do a custom manual white balance. You can also fine tune any of the presets from +3 to -3 for warmer or cooler tones. The D70 can go from 2700k to 9200K (degrees Kelvin) white balance. Consult your manual to learn more about this. Enjoy your camera!
