Very poignant images, Enny. I visited the Holocaust Museum recently in D.C. The horror of what occurred is hard to wrap your brain around. Wonderful work. The black and white adds to the solemn mood and atmosphere.

Enny, I visited Dachau in 1971 and it formed an indelible memory ... etched deeply into my mind forever more. Your gallery, and your treatment of these scenes, is dramatic and fitting. It's still hard to imagine that mass murder occurred in these places and that lives were lived in unspeakable conditions. It's a credit to modern-day Germany that these camps remain open to the public as a grim reminder of what humankind is, unfortunately, capable of. Voted

Being old enough to remember the anguish on their faces and the heart piecing cry of our neigbourhood Jewish residents being herded to the waiting freight trains...
