Second home of the Bridge Street Athletic Club. We had the third floor, with five bedrooms. The home had been owned by woman artist, and the third floor was her studio, and private space. The apartment had a private elevator to the third floor.

The first floor was rented by several young navy officers, the second floor by an Italian Navy Captain.
