New York City Viewed from the Air

Most of the photos that we usually see of New York are those that are taken at ground level. It is not often that we are able to get a different perspective view of New York. I have a friend who is a pilot who occasionally flies into New York City. He takes photos occasionally when he has an opportunity to take a photo. This gallery contains some of the photos that he has taken. You might notice that some of the photos do not show the new World Trade Center and that is because they were taken before it was completed. All the photos are those of New York as viewed from the air.
