This year was the 20th anniversary of the Berks Jazz Fest. I was lucky enough to get a press pass this year and spent all day on March 20th photographing rehearsals, sound checks, and performances. Photographing the likes of Chuck Loeb, Kim Waters, Marion Meadows, Brian Bromberg, and many other very talented musicians including up and coming trumpeter Cindy Bradley.

It was a also an enlightening experience as I got to see how the musicians, along with the technicians, set up for an event of this scale. They are indeed a great group of people.
