2006 Lifetime Fitness Triathlon

Held at Lake Nokomis on July 15, 2006. NBC Sports will once again broadcast this year’s event at 3:30 p.m. CST, on Saturday, July 29, 2006. You’ll see the real-life “Battle of the Sexes” as all the intense drama of the race unfolds – with more than 2,300 amateur triathletes and 40 professionals from around the world battle for triathlon’s largest prize purse: $500,000!
