In reply to Chris, there are many potholes in our village, flooded roads, and plenty of Highwaymen, MP's, Inland Revenue, County, Local and village taxes, gas, water, electric (Those mainly owned by the French) etc.Police, Fire taxes, Petrol taxes, road taxes, House insurance, car insurance, travel insurance, road tolls, telephone and mobile phones, VAT.............. I could go on......................

An impressive sight, Martin. Presumably the pubs around your way have large car parks with water troughs for the horses!
