Beautiful lighting, superb image. However, I wonder if this man is actually the meat vendor, as I see a hand with a cleaver cutting some meat on the right side. It appears that the actual vendor is recessed in the darkness giving us just a hint that he is there. It makes me wonder who this man is who seems so responsive to your camera. Incongruous......one might say!
I like how the ight highlights the product, some raw piece of meat, and the proud seller is secondary, almost hiding in the darkness. I remember this from Vietnam markets in general, how the vendors tend to stay in the background. This man however chooses to share a little in the attention.
