This image was shot with my Sony FF 42MP a7RII using my new Sony FE24-105G f4.0 lens.
In the small insert outlined in red we see a representation of the this camera's central 18MP APS-C 5168x3448 px section.
The large 1800x900 px image is a 100% crop of that APS-C image which in turn is from the (non-represented) full frame of 7952x5304 px.

In 18MP APS-C 'crop mode' this lens has a FOV of 27-155mm. For all intents and purposes we could say this was taken at 155mm and not 105mm focal length...all other equiviancy issues notwithstanding.
