Karner Blue
This very small 1 inch wide Karner Blue Butterfly is a state and federally endangered species whose habitat ranges in a swath from Wisconsin/Illinois to New Hampshire.
Here in upstate New York they are being maintained and preserved in both the Wilton Wildlife Preserve and the Albany Pine Bush Preserve
