Headed for the Arizona - Sonora Desert Museum - mid-morning on 31 May. I'm not quite sure what I expected at this 'museum', but
it turned out to be very much a mix of zoo, aviary, and gardens - lots of walking in very warm air and bright sunlight.
Spotted this Towhee on the ground and took two quick shots; turns out, they were my only images of this species.
Best viewed in 'original' size; but neither were good shots - this was a 1st sighting for me.
