During the period of 22 juli 'till 5 august 2006 I stayed in southern France with my family. There we stayed at a domain 3 kilometers outside the small village of Entrecastaux (Provence). I was able to observe de southern meteor streams during 12 (parts of) nights. During 40 hours of effective observing time I counted more than 1150 meteors.
For meteor photography I used my Canon 10D equipped with my Canon EF 2.8/15 mm fish eye lens and a Timer Controller TC-80N3. Most of the time the camera was attached to my Vixen Super Polaris Mount.
