Ready for take-off
Photographing toadstools is so much fun.
This one, with a lady-bird walking on top of it,
kept me busy for quite a while.
While keeping the ladybird and the toadstool
in focus with my macro lens, I played with my fore and background.
The foreground is formed by green moss,
the background with the light circles is formed by the forest surroundings.
In the meanwhile, the diligently ladybird kept on walking and walking,
until suddenly it stood still on top of the toadstool and spread its wings.
It was clear to me it was ready for take-off.
And so it happened.
I had to react fast, I pressed my release button a few times, and… off it flew!...
