Region of Glebruk, Sumatra, Indonesia (Jan. 17, 2005) - A young Indonesian girl poses for a photo near the town of Glebruk, one of the many coastal towns on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia hit by the Tsunami that struck South East Asia December 26, 2004. Members from the United Nations (UN), USAID, the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), the Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART), and the World Health Organization (WHO) are conducting surveys in the region of Banda Aceh, Sumatra to determine the needs of Indigenous Displaced Persons (IDPs), the victims of the Tsunami that struck South East Asia. a wonderful portrait we can not be without feeling when we look at her...I feel all her sadness or her ''inquietude'' it's hard to tell but she's beautiful

Putting aside the tragedy of the situation, this is a beautiful portrait. It coveys real emotion.
