The rescued-from-oblivion "Delta King" stern-wheel paddle boat in Sacramento, CA.
It was one half of a pair of riverboats that made the 10-1/2 hour overnight trip
between San Francisco and Sacramento during the years 1927 to 1940.

Now if you could have gone to Sacramento in one of Roger's trains... Don't think even the Hogwarts Special would manage that, though.

To compound the felony, it seems to be moored near the European Parliament.

B&W really fits with this old classic boat, but not sure about the modern skyscraper. LOL I bet it was fun to stay on it though.
