Deception Pass and Rosario Beach

Deception Pass - located between Fidalgo Island and Whidbey Island in Washington state - is a beautiful area north of Seattle, with an impressive bridge at the pass and some nice beaches.
The pass was named "Deception Pass" by Captain George Vancouver in 1792. He felt the pass was "deceiving" as the waterways inside the small pass are extensive.
