Showdown on Tram 16

The passengers nearby slowly moved away. The atmosphere was tense as we stared eachother down. Each with a camera in hand, waiting for the other to make a move.

I could see fear in The Kids' eyes. He was shooting film. He knew even if he did shoot me first, he couldn't prove it for days.

I slowly moved my fingers over my controls, hiding my movements while adjusting my white balance. I didn't want The Kid to look any 'yellower' than he was.

He made his move, whipping up his camera and frantically trying to manually focus. I leveled my camera and fired off a single shot. Not perfect, but my image stablization ensured I got him - right between the eyes.

This tram ain't big enough for the two of us.

I shot the driver a glare that sent shivers down his spine. I slowly replaced my lens cap and strutted off the tram.

There will only be one photographer riding this line in the future!
