Guy, I am just stunned by how comprehensive your gallery is. How stunned? So stunned that I registered just to leave you these words. I am not a photographer but lived in Montreal for about 5 years. I grew up in Toronto so my exposure to fashion/food/music/nightlife/hash along with a healthy respect for the history and the beauty of a city's buildings was almost nil until I ran away to Montreal at 14. I will never forget how I felt that first day walking around Dominion Square, I was blown away. The first few months in Montreal I found myself spending a lot of time just sitting quietly in that incredible church beside The Queen Elizabeth Hotel. It was and still is a special place for me. I was truly beside myself going through your images, discovering not only the church, but so many other images of streets/buildings that most people wouldn't think of photographing. Just the chance to see some of the places I remember so fondly from 35 years ago has been a rare treat because if I wanted to revisit most of them I'd have to hop on the train and go to Montreal myself. I've already gone through a ton of shots in your gallery that I've never seen anywhere else, EVER, and I'm only on page 5! So thanks again, Cyberdish

Absolutely beautiful images of Montreal. I love the way you use colour. There is a defined look about your style. I lived in Montreal from 91-93 and it was a magical time for me. Your photos took me back. Thank you and best regards, Chris

J'avais déja visité votre galerie auparavant mais je n'avais pas remarqué à quel point nous avions certaines prises de vue similaires , je suis littéralement RENVERSÉ , faudrait pas qu'on aille faire de la photo ensemble , on se batteraient pour mettre nos pieds à la même place :-) . Beau travail soit dit en passant.

I am an American but Montreal is where my heart is. Looking at your photos make me long for the sweet smell of a Beaver Tail and the fun of an Expo game. I visit this wonderful city at least 7 times a year, I usually wait until winter is over. Your pictures make we want to get in the car and head north even in the cold of late January. This is a GREAT photo tour of the city. I never thought any site would do this city justice but yours does. Keep up the great work and I hope to see some more pics added to your site. I will now be a regular visitor.
