The money shot. This one shows how the new sub-roadbed connects to the old hidden track at upper mid-right. Note how the old sub-roadbed curved off from here, to the old tunnel portal that is now gone. Careful eyes can see that at the junction point, the new sub-roadbed had to be thinned by about an eighth to match the 1/2" plywood (no longer used) used in the original hidden trackage sub-roadbed.
