This session was set up by my photo buddy, Mark. He shot Amber before and I had the pleasure of being part of their second shoot. Amber is a music major who wanted photographs of her with a grand piano and her violin before graduation.
The location was at the university's Music School auditorium. Lighting was rather harsh with tungsten spotlights. Shooting with flash helped a little bit, but the white balance adjustments were tricky. I brought a total of three flash units, but ended up using only one, with a softbox attachment. |
