I love foggy landscapes. The person standing out on the rock really helps the picture. I would duplicate the image and overlay it over its self for a bit more contrast and saturation. Adjust the fade on second image. You can gave both fog and a tougher image that way. Might not improve it a bit but never hurt to try. Still, an enchanting image.
