You can simply turn the dial at the top to S, and then adjust the dial (without any indication) at the top right in anticlockwise direction.

thats a fantastic shot...i have just purchased a finepix HS10 and im confused about how to set the shutter speed to the range you mentioned, like 1/800 shot....how can i set my camera to this shutter speed to get this effect please. any help you can give is appreciated
