Christmas Cake.

Busy day yesterday, made two Christmas Cakes.My original Kenwood mixer is 54 years old and still goes like a charm:) I can tell you it has had PLENTY of use.

Some people have a lot of trouble doing food shots. Obviously you don't, this is really good and mono was a great choice.
