Peace - and Testing the IS before the Ceremony

St. Pauls Roman Catholic Church, Scranton, PA

It is always a good idea for wedding photographers to capture interesting and unique items
from a church's interior to fill miscellaneous spaces in the wedding album. Here, with this
peace symbol, pictured above, photographed hand held in low light, I am also testing the IS
on Canon's EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM in conjunction with Canon's 40D DSLR. No Photoshop
retouching except for a small amount of brightness/contrast adjustment and USM.

I disagree, I think it failed the test simply because the pidgin was not really flying. My CCD Minolta would catch the same at 1/15 sec, but with pidgin flying at ultrasonic speed, LOL !

Looks like it passed the test - very sharp.
