Though the wine is aged and kept at a constant temperature in the wine cellar of the
Glen Foerd Mansion, you really can not tell how good or bad the wine is untill it is
properly tasted. And to make sure the wine is tasted regularly, it has become the
tradition of the Mansion, that each new Bride and Groom who get married on the premises,
must take an obligatory trip down into the cellar to taste the wine before they can
partake in the celebratory meal in the reception dining room. From the looks of the
expressions, it appears that the bride and the groom approve.
