I may not know the name of the breed of this fine dog, but you can clearly see he is a dog of fine style and charisma. All decked out in green top hat, clover neck tie and award winning smile, he is in the company of the crowds, lining wyoming avenue in the heart of downtown Scranton, Pennsylvania during the annual Saint Patrick's Day Parade.
