Dor L'Dor, from generation to generation, parents experience the joy of Judaism being passed on to their children,
who, hopefully will not only carry on the religious traditions, but will honored keep the family's good name. That's
why, I believe, you see all these married women with hyphenated names like Sarah Cohen-Smith, Golda Stein-Schlossberg,
and Ruth Meir-McDermott. Personally, I really think it is a kind of marriage insurance where the woman can easily
revert to her maiden name ... just in case there are some irreconcilable differences.
