These photos are great and remind me of how much I really enjoyed taking photos of Mt Rainier when I was there in August of 2006
This is wonderful. You really capture "the Mountain" well. I need to go back there and visit. I hope the park can recover from all the damage this winter :/
Lovely, evocative, contemplative, moody. Great job of capturing MRNP...it's not always easy to get good shots there! -V-
Absolutely beautiful images Michelle! I have been there only once (overnighted at Paradise Inn in 2004) and loved the place - your pictures bring back wonderful memories to me out here in South Africa.
I have been to Rainier several times and I return to this gallery because it captures so well not only the beauty of that mountain but its feel as well. Exceptional gallery Michelle; every photography is special and appreciated. Vote.
Beautiful! I love your waterfall images.
So nicely done! I've enjoyed viewing these photographs!
Excellent pictures! I was there two weeks after you - Mount Rainier is great.
Very pretty and moody captures, very well done.
Michele - I like the mysterious foggy look in this gallery. It makes me want to visit this area.Nice work.
these are very beautiful images! and capture the feel and beauty of the park wonderfully
about 35 years ago... i hiked up to Klapatche park and tented overnight with deer in the fog and the giant sounds of the glacier shedding ice... that at times was almost frightening... we then went along the wonderland trail counter clockwise a bit crossing the milky rivers...and seeing glacier lilies!!! and other wonderful flowers like you have here... it was the most extraordinaary thing i have ever don... since i have visited but not hike with my son rob who was with americore in seattle a few years ago... and now he is on Pohnpei, Micronesia... and next tuesday i am going to visit him there with my new loveit/hateit? sony r1... he is volunteer teaching hs english
