A nine-hour transatlantic flight landed us in Amsterdam then another two-hour flight brought us to the only city on water in the world. Our group of 20 plus our tour guide began our three-week long trip with the enchanted Venice where we stayed for three nights before moving on to the much-quieter and quainted countries of Slovania, Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro along the coast of the beautiful Adriatic Sea. My highlight of the trip is that I got to jog for a few times and dive in the bluer-than-blue waters of the Adriatic Sea.
