This is an amazing collection of expressions; ranging from boredom to anticipation and laughter. Wonderful image. V.

Perfect image. I got lost for 10 minutes just reading each face....there's so much boredom and frustration of waiting. There's some gems like the woman bottom left framed by two cameras, the girl in the centre and the person next to here pulling the same face, same head angle....very funny.

An absolutely superb shot Ade - GMV.

Busy is the point of this story, Adrian. You make us want to study every detail in it. Human behavior is infinitely fascinating, and this image is packed with such fascination. Only the three women in the first row seem to be aware of your camera. The rest are too busy with their own cameras, friends, or dreams. By making this image in black and white you simplify its complexity, and make this moment timeless. Other than the conversion, you let the scene speak for itself.

Busy, but it keeps you looking back and forth.

How dare that girl at the front smiles!
We might put in the Popular Gallery for you :)

Indeed this is remarquable that just two of them have the same body expression and that make them to pop out!
JD04-Aug-2006 10:27
This is absolutely remarquable. There are 100 people on this image, but thanks to the focus and the composition, 2 of them are popping out! Very well done, Ade! Voted.
faye white04-Aug-2006 10:11
excellent adrian! each person could be an individual portrait
Guenter Eh04-Aug-2006 09:02
A picture full of life - so many faces - so many different expressions!!!
Stu Egan04-Aug-2006 08:59
How about framing it and putting it on the wall? It's fantastic and black and white really works because as a viewer you concentrate on the one uniform thing in the photo - all those faces. So much to look at, and a great pose on the bottom row in the middle! Voted.
AL04-Aug-2006 08:27
How about putting it in your "People are People" or "People say I dont shoot people but I do" gallery? Got to love the busy detail, the expression, the body language, the young and old. Wow! Wonderful catch, Ade.
