Powerful image. Great treatment.
Drove through a huge, hovering cloud of steam (?) coming from local plant the other day. Kept thinking, Am I dusted? A downwinder? And this on the way to prepare food for others. Food was also in my vehicle.
sandy barbour28-Mar-2006 14:32

Very apocalyptic image. Great stuff.
Guest 28-Mar-2006 13:01
Looks great. I think I just read the same article as royalld. Big news on time magazine / cnn. Seems like some of the predictions of a decade or two ago are on track... sobering stuff and this image would indeed make an iconic backdrop to some of it.
Adrian Reilly28-Mar-2006 12:54
Gave it a trim On Lawrences great advice
David Royall28-Mar-2006 12:48
There is a lot of energy in this image, nicely tempered by your desaturation.
The power plants in the background would make an awesome backdrop for an article I read twenty-minutes ago on global warming.
Guest 28-Mar-2006 12:41
Fantastic depth. The selective desaturation works very well here. I felt that the image could do with a little levelling off. Love the power kilns in the background also - the perfect shot for an aged treatment. Great stuff
