Don, I found your website while looking for photos of the Bay Head Yacht Club. You may know that the clubhouse was significantly damaged by Hurricanes Irene and Sandy. It is in the process of being moved onto the tennis courts while its pilings are repaired and then being put back in its original location (but at a much higher level) and remediated.
My children are fourth generation members of the club and we have so much love for the iconic buildings and the surroundings. I am searching for photographs of the clubhouse prior to its move/rebuilding to decorate my son's bedroom. Do you sell printsof your beautiful photographs?
Thank you, Bonnie Hurley Hurleyh3@aol.com
I would love to attend your night class on tuesdays at the MD hall of the Arts starting Tuesday October 20th. The class is Photography with your Digital SLR. I am very dedicated and already working so hard to pursue my dream as a full time photographer. From your work I can see your class would benefit me so much. Is there anyway I can get into the class? Ill stand in the back if you don't have room! I just really want to be in that class. I would go to the day class but my boss won't let me off work. Do you have room for one more? I would be so thankful.

As I am closing Tom Fexas Yacht Design, I have a huge Midnight Lace model that I will try to sell... The model was done in the Keys in the late 80's - it is gorgeous and it has been in the office since then. Ill send you some pictures if you would like to see it. If you could give me any leads who might be interested I would appreciate it. My email is email@example.com. Thank You! Regina Fexas (Tom Fexas' wife)
Don, I was in one of your classes last spring at Maryland Hall(I really enjoyed it) and then I decided to go the Washington School of Photography for their professional photography program. I find myself in need of a help in CS3 and I was wondering if you or someone you know of would be interested in tutoring (I would be happy to pay). Also I was wondering when the next Annapolis Digital Photography Club meeting is. Thanks Donna
It was nice to meet you at Bella Photo in Edgewater recently. Your gallery is beautiful and I look forward to taking one of your classes.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Digital Photo class you presented this past weekend. I was thrilled and I am still smiling. You have really spiked my interest in photography to new heights. Thank you so much!! Yvette Hynson, Centreville, MD (eastern shore)
Don-I thoroughly enjoyed the Digital Photo class you presented this past weekend, and from what I overheard, everyone did also. You have a way of teaching that makes it easy to get up for those morning classes, and you helped push my interest in photography up several levels. Thanks again, and when time permits I hope to attend one of your Monday night meetings at Maryland Hall. Jim Bowman, Lothian, MD
Your photos are fantastic!
Hi Don, will you be posting the AYC Egg Nog 2007 pictures?
When, after May 2008, will you offer your Digital SLR course?
Don, the pictures are fabulous! What a nice collection of our fun time at the Newcomer's Cruise. Thanks so much for making tham available. Pat and Howard
I happen to see your pictures in my favorites. Alan must have put them there. You sure do take beautiful pictures. I enjoyed looking at them.
Since your class we went to Florida, and I brought a home at the Leesburge Plantation. I'm back in Baltimore till oct. then we will return to FL. We will be back in Feb. just that month. We won't be here long enought to take any classes. I'm so glad we got to take yours. You do a great job. Hope you are having a nice summer. Bobbie

Just checked out your web site. We want to talk with you again sometime about classes.
I am producing a 30 min documentary on Scorchy Tawes for WBOC. I'd like to use a couple of stills you shot of him at the fishing tourn in 2002. I will give on screen credit, of course. Please let me know if this is permissible via email. My address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
I'm writing to ask permission to publish one or 2 of your images (MA 40834 and 40860)-
taken at the Annapolis Suddenly Alone Seminar this past spring - in the semiannual CCA GAM, the newsletter of the Cruising Club of America (which owns the Seminars). Newsletter goes only to the membership, 1100 approx. sailors, mostly in the US.
If ok, please advise credit wording (which will appear along right side of image)
Of course we're on deadline, an all-volunteer effort.
hi don, thanks for forwardind me the photo of my model a and myself. i did as you suggested and pulled up your site and was quite pleased with your results.
Where are all the Cruising Fleet Pics? I'd love to browse through them during these frigid days before duty paid goes in the water.
Looks like super sets of pictures -- I will look forward to looking at them more in depth over time. Will resend a message I got back because I coded .com instead of .net on your verizon address. Care, Joe
Don, How may I aquire an 8x10 of image 2481390?
HI DON CHAR AND I SO ENJOYED MEETING YOU AND YOUR WIFE AT THE RENDEZVOUS
I HOPE WE CAN COLLABORATE ON SOME OF YOUR OTHER PROJECTS.
Hi Don: Great pics. I also enjoyed Gordon and nina's pics. Stephen "Whitehawk" the Defever 43 just returned from 5 months in the Bahamas (Apr-02)
Nice work Don. Barb
I wish to thank you for your nice message on my le Louvre gallery. This place is so full of outstanding masterpieces that it is difficult to make a selection.
I had the same feeling when looking at your gallery of Ireland. This country is so fascinating...I really enjoyed the tour.
Thanks again, Don
Hi -- I've added many more Ireland images to that same gallery (on "merrymar"), and a couple of new galleries. I hope to be able to add a map of the Irish journey soon, and then to title the images with relation to it. That's not a top priority for now, though, as I prepare for a gallery show with some other things. Thanks for the recognition.
Hope you got my message.
Thank you for your comment, Don, in the "Cruising Cleveland" gallery. Now, with LTV steel fighting to shut down, we'll see even fewer of those oreboats on the lake. It's a sad situation; there are third generation workers there who know only steel.
Are you going to add more Ireland pictures? Or add titles to identify the ones there? I like the 'feel' of the city that you give. I especially like your tugboats, too - they are such bossy little things, pushing around the big fellows.
Some great pictures. You look great at the helm.

Thank you very much for your comments, Don.
It´s nice to know that our work is appreciated.
Hope you keep visiting my galleries and I´ll be waiting to some photos of yours ok?
