Adds new meaning to the term 'Roadside Waterfall' since the waters of Tortilla Creek simply flow
across the road and, as can be seen in the lower left corner of this shot, fall over the side of
the road, which apparently acts as a dam on the creek.
When flooded the road is closed to traffic here, but that's not a terribly big problem since this
is the Apache Trail and there's very little between here and Roosevelt Dam 27 arduous mountain miles
away except beautiful wilderness scenery.
Photographed at Tortilla Flat, Arizona USA.
