Fellow PBaser John Cross asked to meet with me to talk about the RVing lifestyle and
then decided to fly from Houston, Texas to Port Lavaca, Texas, my location at the time,
rather than drive and was kind enough to offer to take me up in his airplane to shoot
some aerial photos, something I'd never done before.

So I, of course, took him up on this extremely generous offer and not only did John manage
to safely get us off the ground, but also managed to get us back down just as safely. :-)
The flight and shooting from an airplane was a unique and very uplifting experience and it
was great to meet John in person.
