The wildlife department called me on 5/16 and asked if I could take 2 baby doves. I've posted a few photos, to show how much they've grown.

After release, they stayed close for about a month. They came back every afternoon to visit and get a few extra treats. It wasn't unusual for me to find one following me around the yard as I watered flowers. They left when the other doves in the area left.
