Fridge Magnets

In my family, we return from any holiday trip with a fridge magnet or two. These mementos of happy times form a small menagerie at the busiest point of the house, the fridge.

This is my first visit to this gallery. It looks like you had tremendous fun processing the individual shots. What a great way to savor past vacations! I can't wait to see were you went next.

Wonderful idea. I enjoy seeing photography paired in innovative ways with people's lives.

Regarding the problem of refrigerator real estate and running out of magnet room: I saw a wonderful solution. A dad had mounted the doors of freezer and fridge on a sturdy board, framed it, and hung it on his office wall as a piece of art. Whenever you dropped by, you could see recent treasures---school papers, news clips, artworks---about his kids. It was great. I can see your family doing something similar to display your trove of travel souvenirs.

A very colourful collection. I always bring back a magnet from holidays too. Keep working on those layering techniques.
