Here you offer us curvature squared! Fanciful curlicues in the ribbon of metal and then again in its shadow. I can see how being able to position your flash to the far left enhances the shadow. What I have to figure out is how a flash differs from a standard, aimed light source. You can vary the intensity...and the duration, but I'll have to think about what that means in terms of results. This is quite a striking BW image. Beautifully framed, too.
